PBM Pricing

Pricing of retail and mail service programs is dependent on plan size and utilization.  Prices are determined from a percentage off of Average Wholesale Price (AWP) plus a dispensing fee.  We break down the pricing for retail brand, generic, and MAC (maximum allowable cost) generics.  Mail service pricing is broken down by brand and generic.
